I took my Boyfriend here to get checked out. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude(Evelyn,brooke,nikki). Nikki being the shift lead. (She said she was) Gave a bunch of attitude. Staff consistently on the phones. When asked about my boyfriend and his care i was given no response. I was also listed as an emergency contact. We arrived at 12:30. Wasnt seen til 1:20ish. Decent enough staff. However, there stupid tablets they have you use are ridiculous. They force you to provide an e mail address and then bomb you with garbage constantly. Weak!!!! Reevaluate your procedures people.
