Make sure you go through all of your medical documentation if you are admitted here. I can understand one mistake, but to document a handful of completely untrue information to the point of having to go back and have them correct it is totally unprofessional and dangerous. I don’t know if the doctor there is getting patients mixed up or is blatantly making things up on patient paperwork, but what is the point in doing patient assessments if he’s just going to put down anything regardless of accuracy?
I would never go back if I had to it's below 30° while you're detoxing the shower only stays hot for 15 minutes or less nothing to do no books to read because crayons if you can find something most of the staff was nice to meet with the environment was depressing detoxing No happy pictures on the wall nothing in your room no TV can't use your phone I get no distractions but that's a little harsh I'm not returning
I experienced psychosis this summer. I ended up doing 3 trips to this facility. I lost my small business during it . Although I spent 6 months unemployed and several depressed after my visits. I Refused to medicate just to cope and chose life style changes.. I always remembered how the staff made me feel. Welcoming and cared for like a regular person going through a hard time. My detox was great except someone ( staff im sure stole my phone) my new phone my mom got me didn't make it in my paper bag lol.Anyways Baycare saved my life.With in 2 days of me leaving detox my social worker Michele got me into rehab.Michele had 2 cancel that bad insurance market place.Then she had 2 apply 4 me.She also had to be there while the rehab interviewed me.When I went 2 C.R.C. it was not Betty ford.However it taught me a new way of life.They did long classes from am to pm every day,meetings,pic therapy,plus so mu... read more
