My daughter is finally with me even though it was just one day. You don’t not how traumatized I was and her when we spoke over the phone . She was begging me to pick her up . And I tried and they didn’t let me . I explained that she has intellectual disability that she’s doesn’t need to be in a detox unit . I can file a law suit for stress on both side . . The staff here was overall awesome, and I felt safe at all times. While this facility is more of a detox and stabilization environment, I personally had no trouble with the other patients—in fact, it was quite the opposite. Everyone was either incredibly friendly or simply kept to themselves. ​It is not a fancy facility by any means, so don’t expect any "Hilton vibes," but they provided absolutely everything I needed. I want to take a moment to let you know I'm greatful for this facility and the help I received from staff. I particularly want to thank Lily, she has really went above and way beyond to help me! I really feel I owe her, but I couldn't repay the level of care she provided for me! She should be commended and other staff could learn from her (Not to take away from others though, they were great also) Lily thank from the very depths of my heart!
