I had a really bad seizure and thought Michelle my Wife left me and I called my Son to tell him and he had to remind me she passed away a couple years ago and the guilt I felt started a spiral of drinking as soon as I woke up. Luckily someone helped me and I know I was so rude when I detoxed as I thought I was there 2-3 and it had only been a day. But, the seizure didn't help and I'm sorry I was such a jerk. Went there for mental health. Got doped up for a day and a half and sent on my way without anyone able to pick me up. Couldn’t even stand up didn’t know who I was or where I was. No written instructions on when I’m supposed to take my next round of meds.
Receptionist pretended she couldn't hear me when I asked her a few questions during my check in process. Very unprofessional. The psychiatrist (Dr. Burnett) told me I didn't have the right to a lawyer to support my case. They provably lied on my case file related to statements I made to the psychiatrist. They physically forced me down and injected me with drugs I didn't want even though I requested an alternative treatment plan which is my legal right. Very disappointed they let my loved one out with sciztophrenia in just 4 days with one pill to take at night that of course he stopped taking when he got out. People with less severe issues are kept longer. Just not right or fair. He's just going to end up back here unfortunately.
