Ty came and fixed our Aprilaire house humidifier. Bayrookes was very responsive and scheduled him (on a Friday afternoon) to come out the following Monday. The repair/replacement required a trip back to the office and Ty was able to get that done and get us back up and running that same day. Friendly guy too. Very happy with speed of response (first time customers), expertise, and quality of service. Would recommend!
