I've been living here at Baybrook Village for eleven years and have been through several staff. Kelly I have known from the company before. And I never had any problems concerning her. She's polite, easy to talk to a listener always smiling. Professsional ,Concerned about what the problem or situation may be. And I feel I can talk to her on the up and up. This complex was rotting with black mold and my floors were falling thru because of the mold. They refused to fix it for over 5 months until a lawyer called them and until I filed safety reports nwith the city. It was too late and the damage to my health was done by then. I am going thru the medical treatment for it now and so is my dog. When I moved out they broke TX state law (per my lawyer at Miller law firm). Horrible customer service and constant lies. The leasing manager is the only one who is respectful but the rest of the staff are terrible. I call and call and they never pass on my messages. Today some young girl (not well informed) went on and on about non-sense that had nothing to do with my complaint then yelled my name loudly on the phone (Guess my privacy is no longer protected here therefore my safety is now at greater risk). Thank God I don't live there and hope never to do so. This morning I just called to ask how to go about removing my husbands name from those apartments. It seems someone in the past used his information to lease an apartment there. All we needed was a letter saying he does not live there now.
