What a pleasant surprise. We booked this space based on the location, the free parking spot, and the great price. We arrived with our rental car after the desk had closed. I knew we were arriving late and would need the parking pass after hours; I called prior and they assured me that the phone number could help me 24 hours a day. I had an absolutely amazing experience staying here, and I can honestly say this is one of the best places to book when you need a place to stay in Miami Beach! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and convenient. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was truly amazing. À notre arrivée la personne a l’accueil était un peu condescendante et froide. La chambre était plutôt bien équipée, mais nous avons découvert une énorme flaque d’eau sous la clim et une serviette était posée dessus pour absorber, puis quelques cheveux dans la douche… L’emplacement cependant est bien et le reste de la chambre ok
