I love living in this apartment and Noreen is the BEST! Noreen and maintenance are responsive to any problems, but I have had very few other than needing a new garbage disposal motor (which was fixed the next day). I have never heard my neighbors when I am in my apartment, and everyone who lives here is very courteous and nice. It is a convenient place to live because I can walk to everything in Lawrenceville. I lived in this historic apartment building for one year, and only moved out due to leaving the area! Management and maintenance teams were very responsive and nice, and the building is gorgeously-restored. I could almost never hear noise from my neighbors, and despite having two small dogs who do sometimes bark, I also never got a noise complaint! The location is fantastic too, just a block away from butler street in Lawrenceville.

The leasing office was very professional and quick to reply. The location was not a fit for me, but I liked the building.
