We’ve worked with Bayada for over 6 years. Our daughter’s team has been amazing. Just like any agency, there may be some nurses that don’t work out, but we have been very blessed to have such amazing support with all of the bayada staff. There is a nursing shortage, but I know they are doing what they can to make it work for our family and our daughter. We appreciate the communication and willingness to recruit and cover open shifts.

I would not even give these people a 1 star but had to in order to leave a review. This company is gruesome and loves retaliation on their nurses. They lack communication. They thought my nurse was a "harm" to my son. Never once was I, the mother, nor the father contacted. Not once. This nurse has been in my sons life for over 2 years and has been nothing but helpful and caring to our baby boy. If your child was in a school or daycare and someone thought one of the teachers was a harm to your child, wouldn't you want to know... read more
