The staff at Upstate are awsome! Very attentive and understanding. They were great with my special needs child and still had the energy to keep up with the enthusiasim of my two year old. It was a perfect visit. It was hard to believe a trip to the dentist could be so simple. I will refer all my friends!
The staff is really caring , I have never had such a great visit to the dentist office . The dentist explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on and talk to my son through the visit to make him more comfortable . Thank you to everyone there .

there is no waiting in the office. staff is always friendly and helpful. dentist is very nice and explains what he intends to do at this visit and after the procedure, he relates what he did and the results he wants.

We were made to feel right at home and welcomed with open arms. I've been searching for a dentist for quite some time and am so relieved to know that we now have Dr. Brian to come to. Everyone made sure that both of my boys felt extremely comfortable and knew everything that was going on the entire time. I was shocked that I took my 5 year old and he wasn't scared a single time while we were there. I was floored with how wonderful everyone was at Upstate!
