My son had his second and hopefully last round of dental work yesterday. As always the staff was wonderful and they are always so warm and welcoming as soon as we walk through the door. Anytime someone is looking for a pediatric dentist they are always my recommendation to everyone! They are so great my kids LOVE going to tge dentist.
My daughter loves visiting Dr. Caroline for her check-up. She's talked about the visit all week.
The staff is friendly and patient and the new dentist gave me great advice on helping my 2 yr old clean her teeth.
New to the State and referred by a prostidontic seeing our other children. Kid friendly, professional, and thorough. Most welcoming!
I took my two year old to the dentist for the very first time, and did not anticipate it to go well. This team knows how to handle small children so well, and the visit wasn't as traumatic as I expected. They were so nice and patient with me and my two year old. I would highly recommend them to anyone with small children!
Dentist days are not dreaded days in our home. Upstate Pediatric Dentistry is filled with cheerful comforting care. My four children actually look forward to their visits! Thank you for tear free dentle visits!
Like most 4 year olds, my daughter is terrified of the dentist. Robin did a terrific job with her by sensing her fear and took us to quiet, private room. My daughter screamed and fought for a little while but Robin stayed professional and even helped calmed her down. Raelyn still hates going to the dentist but she looks forward to the toothbrush and prizes she gets at the end. I have and will continue recommending this practice every chance I get.
Amazing experience every time we go! My three year old has many typical toddler fears but the dentist definitely isn't one of them and that's really due to everyone at Upstate!
the staff here strive to take the time to listen and adjust to the needs of each individual child's needs. most other offices are so focused on getting one out so they can get another in. it has never felt like that here. they have helped alleviate my oldest child's fears after a bad experience elsewhere. although he completely remembers the other experience he understands that here it is different. my youngest just went for his first visit and for some reason was afraid of the chair. well, they have a specific place separat... read more
