From the moment you enter the doors until the time you leave you will be in awe! The facility is beautiful, clean, inviting, and calming. No detail was left out in the decor- you will have to experience it for yourself. Most important however is the wonderful staff. They are so calm, patient, kid-friendly, and thorough. They were running late due to a nervous little patient, but they didn't let it affect them at all, they still interacted and answered any questions without us feeling rushed. After leaving our wonderful dentist in Hilton Head, SC, we didn't think we'd ever find anyone like her, but we did! Dr. Caroline and her staff are so welcoming and kind from the moment you walk in the door. My daughter is only 11, but she is 5'8" and they were so attentive, kind, and complimentary, making her feel special and not out of place. Great group of people from the front desk to the dentist! You couldn't ask for a better place for your child to go!
My daughters (7 & 3) adore Dr. Brian! We have visited Dr. Brian every 6 months since the oldest was a baby and though I grew up scared of the dentist, he does a wonderful job of making them feel comfortable and they actually look forward to their dentist appointments!
Very gentle with the kids! Love Dr. Brian and his staff!
Dr. Jones and staff are gentle, fun & very professional with their young patients & parents! I feel very at ease & confident when I bring my daughters in for a visit. AND most of all, my daughters get excited & look forward to seeing the dentist!!!
The staff here is welcoming, courteous and prompt. Dr. C. remembered us from our last visit as we are new to the area and asked about our adjustment to our new surroundings; how thoughtful!
