I love this group of dentist! They are knowledgeable yet patient which is very important no matter what but, especially dealing with children. I'm so glad we found them and my daughter loves them as well!
We are always thankful for Dr Brian and the team at Upstate Pediatric Dentistry. Everyone is always so kind and great at their jobs.
Everyone from the staff behind the desk, to dental hygienist and both dentists are wonderful with my 4 year old boy who is extremely anxious and scared to go to the dentist. So grateful for amazing experience.
My daughters hygienists, Sam and Crystal, made my girls feel so comfortable and explained exactly what they were doing. My 3 and 6 year olds like getting their teeth cleaned because they feel so at ease. Dr. Brian was kind, engaging and informative. My girls actually think going to the dentist is fun!

I took my daughter to another dentist before going to this place and she hated it.. now that she has started going here they have taken great care of her and they are SO great with kids. My daughter now loves going to the dentist ! I definitely recommend taking your child here !
As always my grandson Ethan was quite relaxed at his appointed time. Ethan said his doctors are always gentle with him and funny. He has never complained nor has he ever felt uncomfortable while his teeth were being worked on. Dr. Jones and Dr. Caroline are wonderful with the children. Its amazing, we have never seen a child leave there without a smile on their face. Great place, great service, and wonderful dentists.
They got us in for emergency work same day. The staff are so nice and caring and Dr. Caroline is so down to earth and really explains everything. Slightly long wait for cleanings but I see why, they are great!
Every experience at this facility has been wonderful!!! Every person we have come in contact with, from walking in the front door to checking out, has been helpful friendly and encouraging. Thank you for making our visits so nice!!
