I recently requested to have this agency as my home care provider after surgery. Not only did it take them 4 days to open the case. it took 6 days for a nurse visit, 9 days for an OT assessment and 13 days for an OT visit.. HHA first visit was about 10days after discharge. Thank God PT was on the ball and was consistent and ontime for all his visits and got me up and moving. No one had any explanation for all the delays. RecommendedWe have been with this agency for 4 years and while there are times staffing is harder than others, we rarely go unstaffed. Office staff has changed over the years and we love our team! Our daughter responds so well to them! We have had some great nurses with us!
