Having experience with other care agencies for my parents over a 15 year period, Bayada - Winter Park was the only one that truly delivered on their promises! Their level of communication and compassion for providing successful visits was far above the standard expectation. You won’t find a more professionally run office and experienced caregivers for your loved ones!
We have been using Bayada for a few months now and have a great experience. From the office staff to our amazing aide it's just been an overall wonderful. I love that you have a main contact at the office assigned to you, a main aide and an alternate incase life happens. Everything is covered and you never have to worry about not having help. Fantastic experience. Staff is incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality care for their loved ones. The caregivers go above and beyond. They are kind, reliable and bring so much peace of mind to our family. Excellent communication and support. Very knowledgeable with dementia and dementia behaviors that my mom presents. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Millie has been assisting me for 12 hours each week for several weeks. She is extremely competent in all areas in which I neede help including but not limited to showering, meal preparation, transportation, and shopping. She is honest and punctual. She also happens to be a very nice person.
