Pay isn't good enough anywhere in Healthcare. When I was working here the yt guy that sit in the very front of the office gave me an uneasy feeling. He would stare and make me feel so uncomfortable. Also head nurses etc never answer thier phones. I would go to client houses and need an emergency but can't get ahold of anyone. The clients homes were horrible and a waste of time. To whom it may concern, Mr. Mark Bayada, I'm sorry to say the Bayada health care in Salisbury is very, very unprofessional, liars, they cover up for their lazy worker, and supervisors. This has been the worst experience with an agency that we have had. The workers wouldn't show up, wouldn't half do their jobs. Very unprofessional and uncaring.
I have used this company before for several months. I was treated very well and they got me better & they were gone. I definitely would call them calling them again IF I need help again.
