Office staff is extremely unprofessional; called 24 hour phone number and got chewed out by physical therapist. I was supposed to get a total bath today and they sent someone old enough to be my mother and she was seng to give me a birdbath; I laughed in her face. I know times are tough but they gave absolutely no schedule; they are unable to tell you the day they are coming; much less the time—whether it be morning or afternoon.
The problem starts with some of the Office Managers. Very unprofessional, can NOT communicate nor translate basic messages. This office does NOT require CPR Training. This mean no one can try to save your loved ones. The pay is low and I guess you do not need to be an accountant anymore to do payroll, because your check will be short. One star is for the good patients that they seek out. However, may not always have coverage for. THIS LOCATION HAS LOW STANDARDS...
A very friendly , generous and caring staff.
