I have used the services provided by Bayada for several years. My experiences with office staff have been respectful, timely and responsive to requested scheduling needs. The monthly check ins are greatly appreciated. The assigned CNA staff are on time, highly skilled, professional and attentive to the soft skills needed to work with clients with Dementia.
I have been so impressed with the care my mother has been receiving. I travel home from out of state, at least twice a month, and since mom has been in Bayada's care, I have seen such a great improvement. I review the care plan each time I come in and it is evident they are caring for my mom. It is one thing to see it documented and another to see the results.
