Horriable plain and simple 1 star — Avoid at all costs This company provided extremely poor care to an elderly woman who relied on them. She was neglected, mistreated, and at times left alone, which is completely unacceptable for any care provider. There were also serious concerns about financial exploitation. Information was misleading, promises were broken, and when issues were raised, we were met with lies instead of accountability. The caregivers were timely, compassionate and attentive. The office staff communicated with us to assure our service was a 10 on every way. We would not hesitate to use them again.
