I have been with Bayada Home Health Care since 2009, and I can confidently say their service has been exceptional throughout the years. The aides are not only skilled and attentive, but they also show genuine kindness and respect. I’m grateful for the peace of mind Bayada has provided over the years, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and compassionate home health services
This has to be by far the worse home health agency I've ever worked for. I experienced the worst experience working for this company at this specific location. They do not care about their health care workers (just the client) one of their clients disrespected me, they were notified and I ended being asked to leave. Destiny acted as if she cared and was empathetic one day then three days later when I called about a schedule (keep in mind I'm still working) I was hung up on by Abby. Always available, friendly, and very helpful. The aides who work for them are almost all extremely helpful, friendly and competent. I would highly recommend Bayada if you need their kind of services.
