My experience applying here was extremely disappointing. The hiring process lacked transparency and professionalism, and I left feeling that I was not treated fairly. Certain interactions with Riley raised concerns about whether all candidates are evaluated equally. I believe companies should prioritize fairness, clear communication, and respect throughout the hiring process. I would encourage leadership to reflect on how applicants are being treated.

My experience with bayada wasn't such a good one. The last day of my service with them I found that some items from my home was missing . Didn't think that would happen but it did.

Leah and Brittany are true assets to Bayada. As clinicians they understand the need for compliance and quality care. They are wonderful partners in care.

We have been a client of Bayada for approximately three years. We have an amazing young woman who works with my mom - who is now 103 years old. Farjana is kind, compassionate , and very patient. She tries to engage her as much as possible, and has even learned to play backgammon - the one game my mom can play! Bayada was sensitive to any request we had in regards to my father's care and to my family. They helped with coordination of care in a timely fashion. Ms. Marsha was the best caregiver. She worked well with my father. Her calm and understanding demeanor was a godsend to my family. She was always on time, as a matter of fact, she was always early. We saw her more as a member of the family. It was a pleasure interacting with Bayada.
