Home Health Aide Student to Certified Home Health Aide. I took the Home Health Aide certification course here at the Turnersville office. The course was only 3 weeks, either offered in person during the day or online in the evenings. You are allowed breaks throughout the day, as well as a lunch break. Very pleased with Bayada. All of the employed are wonderful.
We have had Bayada aides for over 2 years, 7 days a week. Out of the over 730 days, there have been 2 days when an aide or a substitute did not show up and each time I was alerted to the problem. Reliable? Definitely!! Also, each time there has been an aide who was "not a good fit" for us, he or she was removed from our list immediately and without questions.
