The company as a whole is wonderful, but the office staff at this office is out of touch. They do not know what is going on with the client nor do they seem to care. If you call the office saying the client has a change of condition they say the nurse will try and make it out there. They do not go out of there way to keep the client happy. There scheduling system is also way out of date. They don't know if a caregiver has shown up to the shift or not and they do not check to see if the caregiver has shown up.
