We have consistently experienced unreliable staffing, including unfulfilled shifts and the assignment of inadequately trained nurses, compromising patient care and leading to instances of neglect. Furthermore, a significant lack of transparency, accountability, and communication has been evident. Critical incidents have gone unreported to family or physicians, and the clinical nurse has consistently failed to provide proper oversight, thorough investigation, or sound clinical judgment.
Prejudice against older people
I cannot say enough about the compassion and support my family and I received during my father's last 3 weeks of life from bayada hospice. Nurse liz O. Was the most compassionate, personable, knowledgeable nurse I ever met. I met Dawn also a weekend nurse who was amazing ,as well as Dawn who came monday, wed and fridays to care for my father's personal needs and was so gentle and professional and kind.
