I’m leaving this review as an ex employee. I was employed by them not too long ago I was going through the hardest stage of my life. I lost my stepmother from liver cancer a few months before my living situation was very hard. Yes, I did call out an out a few times. Which is Irresponsible of me and I know this isn’t any of their problem, but for the simple fact that they didn’t ask what was going on didn’t care to bring me into the office and talk to me the fact that I was in a shelter after that because I had no money. I have a family member who worked with this agency and they have the most incompetent home health aides. I would recommend choosing another agency that offers a higher pay if you need consistent services long-term.
