I’m highly disappointed in the level of service I have received this year. I have been with Baywide Tax for a few years now, as well as my mom, my sister, my brother, my moms friends from work, and Silvia has been my go-to tax preparation agent. Unfortunately, this year Silvia made a rookie mistake and this has caused me to not only have to file an amended return, but still not even receive my tax return over 4 months later after my original filing date. I've been working with Mason for over 3 years now and he is always reliable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He makes tax stress-free which is really hard to do! He asks great clarifying questions, makes suggestions on my business and ensures we are on the right track. Definitely worth paying for the help. I used to do TurboTax but I'm leaving it up to the expert!
