Had a great initial experience during covid, however last year the tax filer hardly made anytime to discuss my return, and doubled the price for no logical reasons.
I trusted bay wide to handle my Employee Retention Credit (ERC) filing, and nearly three years later, I still have no clear answers, updates, or proof that anything was actually submitted. From the beginning, communication has been extremely poor. I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up over the years, and each time I either get no response or vague, unhelpful answers. Been going here for many years now. I bought a house in 2021 and my taxes got a little bit more confusing so I switched to the pros over here at baywide tax to take care of business. Now I get some of the biggest returns and less surprises in the middle of the year because these guys really know how to file right.
