Been going here for many years now. I bought a house in 2021 and my taxes got a little bit more confusing so I switched to the pros over here at baywide tax to take care of business. Now I get some of the biggest returns and less surprises in the middle of the year because these guys really know how to file right. Don't look anywhere else if you're in the area turn to these guys for your tax help
While there are some positive reviews now but don’t get surprised by IRS letters a few years later (see the photo), I had a very different and costly experience. Despite being told my 2019 tax returns were handled by Jonathan (See photo), I discovered in 2024 via an IRS letter that they were never actually filed. After confirming this with the IRS, I had to hire a CPA to resolve the issue, resulting in significant penalties and interest. Also spending time and effort for this mess. No ever returns calld
I’m highly disappointed in the level of service I have received this year. I have been with Baywide Tax for a few years now, as well as my mom, my sister, my brother, my moms friends from work, and Silvia has been my go-to tax preparation agent. Unfortunately, this year Silvia made a rookie mistake and this has caused me to not only have to file an amended return, but still not even receive my tax return over 4 months later after my original filing date.
