I like my PCP, but I can do without the clerical rudeness when scheduling an appointment. On going problem is it seems there's more patients being scheduled than doctors available to meet the demand. Since Athena's owned by LLCs like Bain Capital, patient satisfaction will likely remain a secondary concern.

I recently had a visit to Bay West - and received the best customer service and care. There had been a scheduling issue (not anyone's fault) and the front desk helped worked through the why's of the situation accommodated me. I saw Dr. Khokhar who was simply the most patient, kind, and thorough MD!! I really appreciated it! This day could have turned out with me not seeing an MD, but they made it happen and the care was wonderful!
