11/05/2024: Very rude staff. I went today and had a great appt with Sophia Dinh, PA. Like most docs, she was patient enough. She listened to me & did a full intake & documented everything. The issue started after I received all the referral paperwork. Each and every referral had the wrong phone number listed, my husband's mobile phone number, which I only put down once as my emergency contact. Apparently, I should not have mentioned this. The first person I told seemed annoyed that I brought it up. She took down my current p... read more

Very unprofessional! I canceled my appointment after sitting in a room for an hour and a half. I was 20 minutes early but no one giving me an update. Time to go somewhere else.
