I recently had a visit to Bay West - and received the best customer service and care. There had been a scheduling issue (not anyone's fault) and the front desk helped worked through the why's of the situation accommodated me. I saw Dr. Khokhar who was simply the most patient, kind, and thorough MD!! I really appreciated it! This day could have turned out with me not seeing an MD, but they made it happen and the care was wonderful!

Terrible customer experience. They cancelled the appointment, didn’t tell me, and the appointment was still showing on my chart
