Vacant Lot Trash Neighborhood Eyesore!! Bay West Development has a Large project on the corner of Old Oakland road and Madera in San Jose, CA. They have taken down the old Chain-link fend that had privacy slats and left it open and abandoned (with cheap see through chain-link) for the homeless, drugs and a dumping grounds in our already struggling Neighborhood.
