I rented a one bedroom apartment from Bay Vista Property and I'm here to tell you it was a big mistake. The heater was not functioning and it will be repaired when I moved, so I told Sean O' Hare (Property manager) that I can wait a week before moving in to give him time to get the the heater fixed.
