I recently moved into Bay Village Apartments less than two weeks ago, and I honestly wanted to leave a review because my experience so far has been amazing. I have lived in this community for the last 10 years and I really appreciate the helpful staff. This gated community is a great place for families, couples, and singles. There is a cute little dog park so your fur family can run freely off leash or try out the training stations.
Unfortunately, my experience with management, when attempting to lease an apartment was extremely horrible. Firstly they emphasize to me the importance of showing up on time, so that someone could be there to show me the apartment. I got there early and still no one was available to show me the apartment. So I had to tour for myself and was there for unable to speak with anyone about the options. All communication was via text.
