I’ve placed a deposit on an apartment to hold the unit until the application process was completed of $250. After not being accepted the refund was supposed to be sent back to me in February. We are now in April and after numerous attempts to call and figure out where the check was they had no information as to why I haven’t received it. Love Bay Village Apartments ! Large Floor plans many of the apartments have Bay Views. Community includes a pool, spa and fitness center.
I live here at is Pleasant the Staff is Excellent very nice ,and The Maintenance is Amazing
First off they portrayed these as luxury apartments and they are anything but. I had a 10-month lease here and I moved out a few months ago. You can tell they do cheap repairs to cut costs. The windows sweat and get moldy, the kitchen cabinet wasn't put up properly, the kitchen drawers didn't even fit they were too small. The washing machine would shake so violently that it slammed into the wall and the hose came out causing water to leak everywhere.
