Awful place to live. We cannot keep management. All 3 persons of management were fired at the same time recently. They hired another manager and receptionist, both are gone within a month. Water pressure is always low-so low that the shower will not come on during these periods and you cannot use the washer, they blamed the City, I talked with the City and was advised it's interior on management. Sometimes water does not come on at all, after resolved I was told maintenance turned the water back on, duh why was it off? No an... read more

I’ve placed a deposit on an apartment to hold the unit until the application process was completed of $250. After not being accepted the refund was supposed to be sent back to me in February. We are now in April and after numerous attempts to call and figure out where the check was they had no information as to why I haven’t received it. Love Bay Village Apartments ! Large Floor plans many of the apartments have Bay Views. Community includes a pool, spa and fitness center.
