I get home late every night from work. I hear noises in the walls that my cat hears as well. I know this because she will run from wall to wall following the sounds for hours in the am. I have recently lost power to the electrical socked in all the bedroom, living room and 1/2 the kitchen. My closet and patio lights don't work anymore. I don't know what to think about this. I'm very concerned

The service was excellent. The maintenance man and I reviewed my complaint and discussed possible causes. It would seem the problem is a design flaw with the appliance. That should be reviewed by the management. Additionally, he replaced a burner element on my stove that had been accidentally ruined by placing a plastic basket on a hot element. That is greatly appreciated.
This property looks great on the website. I am understanding about wear and tear. It seems the property has been a staple in Vallejo for more than 10 years. I would think we would want to see our children and their children often; especially during the holiday seasons and when my back goes out. Somebody got to help me reach the top shelf. My concern is with the "availability". The website says one thing, when I call I get a different response and then another representative gave me " availability" time line the very next day... read more
