Kudos to our Maintenance Team! Very skillful guys working together well and knows how to ask for help from outside their craft, for certain jobs get done properly to code. Thank you to all their Management support as well. Now we just await for the broken tiles to be replaced, so to match the upgrades on the outside of the building. I gather that too is on their agenda. Overall, these guys are #1 in my book compared to the folks in the past.
I think there should be a better way to notify tenants than to stick open notices on the door for anyone to view. Maybe seal in an envelope
It did not take long , maintenance man came in a timely matter and found a solution to the problem.
