I’ve moved in here April 2024 my apt was clean and brand new carpets and counters I feel safe here we have a new prosperity manager and she actually listens and cleaning up the parking lot so far I love it here
This place I very nasty this place is not a senior citizen apartments is always young people running it in and out of here no security like it was promised, we can barely check our mailboxes. It’s always locked. We have no access to our mailboxes until they open up the mailbox door. My car got broken into. I reported it to the office and they did not do anything about it. It's been 3 months since I moved out and we have not received our deposit back yet. Property Manager keeps on changing every month. Hoping we can get our deposit back.
I haven't moved in here, but it is a pretty nice quiet place. The people who live here are very nice and friendly. The manager I spoke with to obtain an application also seems to be a very nice person. I'm looking forward to joining the community.
