Well the leasing agent and the manager show's a little knowledge or no knowledge at all of what suppose to be done and how the process should be if an active military is applying for the unit. They should know that some military personnel has to freeze their information so it will be difficult for them to check the credit until they call the person. And that didn't happen to us.
