I called to setup an appointment for a new patient and the receptionist told me that I would need records from another uroligist before they could see the patient. The patient is 71 and can't remember if he ever seen a uroligist before. When I told her we don't have another uroligist, she put me on hold and didn't come back.
Dr. Blaylock and his PA were great. They were easy to talk to and explained procedures in a way that was easy to understand. It was a pleasant visit. The office staff!! however, were the worst I have ever seen. The ones I dealt with were rude when they weren't being dismissive and would not return phone calls. I will not use this office again.
Dr Blaylock and his team ..... no words can describe how thankful I am to have them! Bladder cancer sucks but his crew from the ladies who know me when I walk in to all who know my business in back, I could not be blessed anymore than I am to have them!!!!
