We’ve been at Bay Tree for a couple of months now, and it’s been a great experience. Everything’s been smooth, and we really appreciate how responsive and organized the team is.
My family just moved into bay tree and so far we are loving it! The location and apartments are incredible and the maintenance team is also very helpful. Huge shoutout to Lily who was amazing through the leasing process.
Bay Tree is a hidden gem in the heart of Los Gatos! It is very quiet compared to what we've experienced elsewhere in the Bay Area. Lily and Kalyani are great and have accommodated our every need thus far. I love walking out the door every morning to witness the beautiful Santa Cruz Mtns. looming over the landscape. Two observations that if changed would make this place even more of a paradise and would justify the monthly rental fee: 1) BT provides a small portable AC unit but it doesn't do much.
