The guy ( Rex) called me and mentioned he has apartment available for me.. I was happy.. after I and my son back from east coast.. still not stalled enough.. I gave him application and check .. about four days, I didn’t heard from him.. then I called.. he mentioned.. he can’t believe why I want to move with my son to their place.. ( he act very strange) and mentioned he returned my check to my address…
We’ve been at Bay Tree for a couple of months now, and it’s been a great experience. Everything’s been smooth, and we really appreciate how responsive and organized the team is.
My family just moved into bay tree and so far we are loving it! The location and apartments are incredible and the maintenance team is also very helpful. Huge shoutout to Lily who was amazing through the leasing process.
