We’ve been at Bay Tree for a couple of months now, and it’s been a great experience. Everything’s been smooth, and we really appreciate how responsive and organized the team is.
My family just moved into bay tree and so far we are loving it! The location and apartments are incredible and the maintenance team is also very helpful. Huge shoutout to Lily who was amazing through the leasing process.
Bay Tree is a hidden gem in the heart of Los Gatos! It is very quiet compared to what we've experienced elsewhere in the Bay Area. Lily and Kalyani are great and have accommodated our every need thus far. I love walking out the door every morning to witness the beautiful Santa Cruz Mtns. looming over the landscape. Two observations that if changed would make this place even more of a paradise and would justify the monthly rental fee: 1) BT provides a small portable AC unit but it doesn't do much. Never move into this apartment complex !100 feet tall tree fell in the parking in the middle of the sunny day. Management is very poor. In addition to being very rude they are negligent. Not to mention that the place is ridiculously expensive for the value it brings. Also, the fee to break the lease is $9000.
The great part of Living at this complex is the location, residents, and staff. You’re close to Downtown los Gatos and the staff is amazing but that's where the positives end. Car break-ins do happen and there are no cameras.There is a security "patrol" that comes once every few months when a car break-in happens to make it seem like something is being done but its not a 24/7 dedicated guard as one would expect for the amount of rent they charge.
