I really wanted to like this place because the rent was only $350 but I had this fat Puerto Rican neighbor that wouldn't stop screaming at all hours of the day. The roaches didn't help either.
Apartments are pretty raggedy. Parking lot is raggedy. And I've seen baby roaches. The yard is trashy and no one cleans up after their pets poop.
This rating is ONLY about Caila the Property Manager is A1. Shes FIRM but FAIR. Cares to get stuff done for you.
Looks like they're fixing the place up.
