I rated one star only because I couldn't rate zero!! I recently purchased tickets through Bay State Tickets for the Bruins/Canadiens game. Two weeks later, AFTER being billed, I never received an order confirmation or a tracking number from Bay State Tickets. I contacted the vendor to see what the status was of my order, and they stated that they could not provide me with the tickets that I purchased and already paid for because they "accidently" sold them as a set of 2.
