I rarely review online but wanted to extend a recommendation and really a thank you to the folks at Bay State PT in Southie. I developed plantar fasciitis training for my first Boston Marathon this year. The pain was so bad at times I thought I was getting stabbed with an ice pick in my heel. Best physical therapy from MA to ME that I have ever had. – Go in for the 1st visit/consultation with Lauren, like I did, and you'll see right away. She's not just smart and doesn't just answer your questions; it's the way she answers them too and the programs she uses.
