Terrible. I have insurance. Insurance covered PT but Bay State would not wait for the final payment and turned it over to creditors. They did not work with me and MaryEllen admin assist while over the phone was unapologetic. I will NEVER go there again. I do not recommend. They are not personable and greed runs the practice.
My therapist is Taylor, she is very knowledgeable, pleasant and explains things to me so that I can understand them
