The staff at Bay State Physical Therapy in Malden are phenomenal, friendly? and professional. The facility is easy to locate and parking is a breeze. My physical condition has significantly improved with just a few visits.
Whenever I need physical therapy, Alison is always my first call. I’ve seen her on and off since 2009, and every single time, she’s helped me get back to feeling like myself again. She really listens, takes the time to understand what’s going on, and always knows exactly what my body needs. I completely trust her and wouldn’t go to anyone else! Baystate PT in Malden truly feels like family. A heartfelt hello to Jim, and Cheryl (Bon Jovi still!!) Thank you all for everything.

Cheery, supportive, empathetic & understanding, also pushing me to do my best. Made great progress where when other PT clinics were too overbooked to see me frequently enough to make real progress. Most recent experience was with Keresa who was wonderful, and the other PTs I've seen in the past here were also great.
People make you feel very comfortable and are very knowledgeable about the therapy. I would highly recommend them.
