AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Matt and his staff are excellent at what they do. Its nice to find a place that the owner, Matt loves his job, loves it too much!!!! Matt was very good at explaining the cause and procedure to help the injury I received. There were some very painful days of rehab but at the end it was all worth it. I cant say enough good things about Matt and his staff. Booking was easy and flexible and were always accommodating if something came up and appointments had to be switched. IF anything ever happens again, I know ... read more
Physical Therapy at its best!
Is there really better place for Physical Therapy? – Matt and his entire staff are professional and accomodating to all your needs. From scheduling to excercises to therapy this is the perfect place. From the time Courtney meets you at the door to PT from either Matt, Julia or Elisa you'll feel your decision to choose Bay State was the perfect one. Their expertise in PT will get you through your initial difficult times with all the proper medical explanation and services needed for a quick and effective resolution. They even... read more
I rarely review online but wanted to extend a recommendation and really a thank you to the folks at Bay State PT in Southie. I developed plantar fasciitis training for my first Boston Marathon this year. The pain was so bad at times I thought I was getting stabbed with an ice pick in my heel. My podiatrist gave me some advice on how to control for inflammation but suggested PT. At first I was skeptical but quickly learned how valuable it was to get skilled treatment for this diagnosis. A combination of manual therapy, stretc... read more
Great Place! – I have been seen by Matt and his team on a few different occasions for different injuries and each time I went in they were great. They are courteous, kind and they make going to Physical Therapy fun. Their hours hour so flexible that it makes it so easy to get an appointment that fits any schedule. Because of my situation I know I will need physical therapy again at points in my life and would not go to anyone else! Thanks Matt!
Great care! – I have gone to Bay State Physical therapy for two different injuries now and both times I have gotten great care. They are caring and work hard to get their patients back to full strength. I am military and in both cases they made sure I as able to fullfill all of my physical expectations.
Great people giving great care – If you are in need of physical therapy in the greater Attleboro area, look no further. This is a great group of people who genuinely care about their patients. Physical therapy can be demanding on the patient and it helps to have someone with whom you can chat and joke around. They have a steady group of patients rotating in and out each day but they are never too busy to give you hands on care when you need it. I've been treated by them since December and while my progress is slower than I h... read more
Best physical therapy from MA to ME that I have ever had. – Go in for the 1st visit/consultation with Lauren, like I did, and you'll see right away. She's not just smart and doesn't just answer your questions; it's the way she answers them too and the programs she uses. I knew 1/2 way through the 1st visit that I was dealing with someone and a business unlike the 13 other physical therapists/offices I've seen over the years. I will never need to go to another physical therapy office nor will I ever. Lauren, Mike and Bret are... read more
Knowledgeable and friendly – Rob Melino is an excellent physical therapist. He is knowledgeable, tailors his suggestions to personal preferences (except where it would be detrimental to recovery), and has a wide repertoire of exercises. In addition, he is friendly and willing to spend the time to explain various aspects of one's condition. The office itself is clean and pleasant with decent equipment.
