Five stars might not be enough. The staff are friendly and made every visit enjoyable. They are also extremely knowledgeable. Before I came to Bay State Randolph I was unable to do any physical activity without pain for 2.5 years due to having two knee surgeries. I tried countless other PTs and nothing seemed to get better. After seeing therapists like Matthew and Jennifer I have no pain in my knee and I am back to playing sports like I was pre-injury. I love it there at Bay State Physical Therapy!!! And I love my therapist Ashley!!!
Due to random back spasms my Dr prescribed PT. I simply chose this office for location and Google reviews. Two words… Best decision ! Starting with welcoming receptionists to initial meeting with Therapist Ashley, I immediately felt very comfortable. Ashley’s knowledge, professionalism and treatment for my condition was fantastic. I no longer am a patient, but continue treatments at home. Thank you Ashley and staff for helping me feel much better. I highly recommend this office.
