Staff very helpful! Brought my puppy in for a bath and they showed me how to set it up and use the bath, worked great! (Even though he did not like the blow drier...) Staff was great helping me find an appropriate fitting harness for him as well.
I have to give a big " thank you " to bay state pet & garden. I recently reached out to them for a friend of mine who lives in the area. Her and her family have been going through really tough times. Healthwise, emotionally and financially. I asked if they would be willing to help supply dog food. . Kevin the store's assistant manager didn't hesitate to help them out. Thank you so much for the help. It's people and companies like yours that make the world a better place. Forever grateful.
Great customer service! They really care about their customers and will go out of their way to help you. I tried their new dog wash and it was amazing! It was very easy to use, convenient, and my dog loved it! One of the salesmen even gave her a treat after! I highly recommend everyone to shop here and bring their dogs to use the self serve dog wash!
Great products. Fairly priced. Very educational beginner seminars.
Tom helped me pick out an awesome wet food for my dog and a product that would help her when she was sick (at the time) to prevent dehydration. Great service, great products & knowledgeable staff! I recommend Bay State Pet to anyone who wants the best for their pets
