I came in today and I just wanted to say I am always impressed by the customer service especially from a young gentleman I’m sorry I do not know his name but he was there today helping me. He is very knowledgeable about the products and takes his time to be helpful and courteous.

We’ve always gone to bay state for all of our pet and farm animal needs. Since social distancing orders have been in place I have used both, home delivery and curbside pick up options for supplies. Recently we ran out of chicken food so I placed an order online and it was ready to pick up an hour later! It was so convenient and they placed the items right into my trunk. Thank you for these services to help us all stay safe!

Awful experience. Used to be my parents go to grain supply as a kid. Now older and wanting to get chicks for my kids I went in to get them and there was a sign outside saying stop. They were limiting how many people coming in the store due to the covid. Myself and someone behind me misread the sign and stood outside waiting to be called in. Did curbside pickup today and it was outstanding. Ordered and paid online, received a text when my order was ready. When you arrive your text the that is provided to you in your order email. They ask you to have the door open to your vehicle and they bring out your purchase and put it right in your car! I did not expect that level of customer service I was extremely grateful for the process that bay state pet has in place! Thank you. Be safe and happy Easter!
