Absolutely wonderful staff! Do their best to accommodate. I cancelled twice and they kindly rescheduled me to make sure that I would be able to make it in. I went to another facility to try the sleep test where I failed miserably. They are trying there best to help me get over it. Love them so far!
My father was a patient here at the Campbell Bay Sleep Clinic location - however not listed. I dropped off his test for him today as he works everyday from the time he wakes up 6 AM - when he goes to “sleep”around 10/11 PM. He’s has quite a hard time getting to places and unfortunately didn’t have time to drop the test off. I went in today to drop off the test for him ( a very small area for a clinic might I add), as well as I made it in way before closing. The tools provided to the patient were dirty and defective. Staff is amateurish and condescending. Not recommended.
