Our experience with Bay Roofing was great. The office staff scheduling the appointment and billing afterwards were friendly and responsive. The guys doing the work were quick but thorough and very respectful. We had a minor issue with the service call but both the guys and the office staff were amazing at getting things corrected right away. I doubt I would even consider another company for any future needs... I'll just go straight to Bay Roofing!
While the roof turned out nicely, the coordination to begin the process was terrible. They cancelled several times, however they didn’t let me know when they were canceling (one time due to weather which is understandable). I would be expecting them and they didn’t show up. I would end up having to call them and then they would tell me they meant to call me, but didn’t. This happened 4 times, saying they'd be there the next day and then were not. We can't say enough about Bay Roofing and Exteriors Ltd. They did the shingles on our shed and mudroom in an afternoon and they look great. We also had them put up stone on the front and new siding all around . We were shocked about the small details like the soffit, fascia, eavestrough, windows and door capping that pulled our vision together. We are so in love with the new look of our home. I have to say that the two ladies in the office that I got the privilege of dealing with Cassandra and Vicki. They made the process easy and eased all my concerns. Any questions I had Vicki answered. If she wasn't available Cass helped me. The office is amazing and what keeps the customers happy. Keep up the amazing work girls.
