Dr. Hsin was very kind & patient with me & explained everything clearly to me !!! I was so stressed about my visit beforehand ..... but now that it's over .... it was a very positive experience !!! .....She reminds me so much of my dentist whom I've been going to since I was a kid (unfortunately Dr. Robert Taglianetti just retired) but he was also very kind & patient & understanding of my "special needs" as was Dr. Hsin today. ...THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!! Dr. Hsin was nice, knowledgeable, and made a root canal seem like a breeze. The office was easy to deal with -- great on the phone and in person -- and while I hope I don't need more root canals, if I do I'm coming straight back to Dr. Hsin.

it was an emergency and she took me in right away. very gentle and asked me several times if I was okay throughout the procedure.
