This place is the best I had a hardwire kit that needed to be installed and my fuse box was in an awkward place I didn’t have an appointment and they were still able to squeeze me in same day. Looking back I probably should’ve had them install the entire camera system instead of just a hardwire kit. They even re-ran my cables and made them look nice. I got my dash cam installed here, and i was having troubles with it in the night. I texted Fernando and he not only guided me through the process, but he did it at night in a phone call that honestly saved so much headache for me. Because of that experience, I decided to splurge here and also add Sound Dampening to my car. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend this place.
I can't say enough great things about Bay Radio and Alarm! Fernando, the owner is an absolute professional—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly reliable. They have done work on my Corvette and BMW, super reasonable pricing. From the moment I contacted them, the service was top-notch. Fernando took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offered thoughtful solutions, and made sure everything was installed perfectly and working flawlessly.
I have been an audio head for a long time and use to work in the car audio industry. Bay radio and alarm and the owner Fernando are a rare find. Super knowledgeable and very well priced. He is a perfectionist with his work, highly recommended!
