I moved here from Fl last year and rented a townhouse here for a year. The townhomes are a little older,but cozy and roomy nonetheless. The maintenance staff Marty and Jim are first rate and come out when needed very quickly. Lori was very helpful when I was looking at places and she was a large part of my decision to rent here. The neighbors are great and there is a mix of renters and owners. It was clean,quiet,safe and centrally located. If I hadn't bought a place I could have stayed longer. I really enjoyed my time here.

We enjoyed our two years at Bay Quarter Townhomes, overall. The Association changed some rules on us and we couldn't park my husband's work-van there any longer but other than that, we dealt with Crestline Realty and James Gurnee, and could not have been more pleased with their prompt response and solutions to our needs. I am sure missing them now, as we rent a home with a completely opposite and unpleasant experience. Kudos to Jim Gurnee and Crestline Realty, and the nice people we met while living at Bay Quarter!

The Place is well maintained and the staff is friendly-ish, however if you wish to terminate your lease greater than 60 days prior to the end date, they will tell you no and generally be as unhelpful as possible in regards to the people renting their property trying to better their lives... ie.
