Marjorie has worked with my wife and me as the property manager for the condo we rent in Leesburg for over two years. She is unfailingly prompt, polite, and proactive. She has gone the extra mile when needed. For instance, two weeks ago, she allowed me to text her at night so she could let the tenants know about the narrower window for the delivery of a new fridge. She is a great go-between us and the tenants. We're very grateful for her hard work and dedication to us and our tenants.

I recently moved into a new rental property managed by Bay Property Management, and I am pleased to share my positive experience. From the very beginning, the agent (Stephanie Merritt) who showed us the property was courteous, helpful, and very responsive. After our move, the assigned property manager (Pink Melendez) continued this high level of service, being both responsive and helpful. Overall, my moving experience has been excellent, thanks to the exceptional support provided by the management team.
