Gloria is great! After cycling through so many terrible property managers within a single year, finally having her has been great. The 2 stars is for the lack of urgency from this company. We decided to submit notice of terminating our lease exactly 2 weeks ago 5/5/26 with a move out date quickly approaching. Gloria continuously attempted contacting the leasing department and quickly responded to my texts, but still crickets from the team who is supposed to be taking next steps.
