I recently moved into a new rental property managed by Bay Property Management, and I am pleased to share my positive experience. From the very beginning, the agent (Stephanie Merritt) who showed us the property was courteous, helpful, and very responsive. After our move, the assigned property manager (Pink Melendez) continued this high level of service, being both responsive and helpful. Overall, my moving experience has been excellent, thanks to the exceptional support provided by the management team.
My property manager Cielo Grepalda is very helpful and quickly addressed all the maintenance requests from my tenants.

Excellent Management Company with Great Customer Service. All of their maintenance are very knowledgeable and helped my Finance and I out tremendously, when our daughter flooded our toilet. They answer the phone arrived quickly, and fixed the problem with minimal disturbance to us.
