I had absolutely no experience with a property management company. I wasn’t sure what to look for. Bay property management has been so wonderful. They’ve made the whole process so simple and easy. Everyone I’ve worked with has been so nice and knowledgeable. They walked me through each step. They were able to get a tenant in under a week. They have an awesome owners portal that is super easy to use. I can’t say enough amazing things about this company. I would absolutely recommend them to any family and friends.

They are the best management company I’ve had thus far at my property and I’ve been through several since I’ve been at my current property. They respond to any all all concerns, and or maintenance issues in a prompt manner. And no matter how big or small your issue is they remain professional.
