Angel has been my property manager for years since I worked with Bay Management in Baltimore, and he genuinely cares about his clients. He is proactive, consistently works to resolve issues, and anticipates potential problems before they arise. Most importantly, he takes personal responsibility and follows through to make sure concerns are properly addressed. I truly appreciate his responsiveness, reliability, and commitment. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Bay Property Management . The property is clean, well-maintained, and the management team is always friendly and responsive. A special thank you to Leah C, who has been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. She always takes the time to answer questions, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her outstanding customer service has made living here an even better experience. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Raven has been a tremendous help during a very challenging tenant situation. Although she is new to managing our account, she immediately stepped in, communicated clearly, and kept us informed every step of the way. She has been professional, responsive, and proactive in helping us navigate a frustrating process. We truly appreciate her dedication and willingness to assist, and we are grateful for the support she has provided thus far.
