I recently had my account manager change from Juan Alvarez to Andre Sabal and the transition was seamless and easy. I’m really happy with the service I received from Daniela. She helped me update my liability insurance policy and even caught some old charges that shouldn’t have been there. She got them removed with no hassle at all. Excellent service!

Daniela's support with my insurance was outstanding, rectifying the extra charge and setting me up correctly. BMG's offerings are definitely worth considering I didn't know the requirements for my insurance and Daniela helped me set it up. She truly went above and beyond. I have never been more impressed with a property management group's ability to service their customers. From the very beginning, Bay property management made the process of locating a home very simple and efficient. I am happy to have found a team that made this moving process less stressful and more of an enjoyable experience. All the problems I had along the way were addressed quickly and professionally. If anyone is looking to find a home near Bucks County, I highly recommend BPM's services.
